Our Hillsboro cabinet door is built with a cope and stick joint and has a raised center panel, but the uniqueness of the Hillsboro cabinet door is in the arch design. Known as a "Flat-Arch", this contradiction in terms describes the flattening of the apex of the arch, so that the arch itself is softened to a gentle line that curves at the sides. Construction: The Hillsboro Cabinet Door is built with a cope and stick joint and features a raised center panel. The unique arch design, known as a "Flat-Arch," combines elegant straight lines and gentle curves for a style that is both traditional and classic.

Wood Types Available: The Hillsboro Cabinet Door is available in Paint-Grade, Select Alder, Knotty Alder, Select Cherry, Select Hickory, Knotty Hickory, Select Maple, Select Oak, and Knotty Oak.

Finish Options: This door is available in a variety of wood species and can be ordered with "No Finish" or with a "Natural Clear Finish." If ordering paint-grade, you can choose unfinished or prefinished in Sherwin Williams, High Reflective White (7757) conversion varnish. Doors ordered as Paint-Grade, either unfinished or painted, will have paintable hardwood frames.

Paint Grade Options: The paint grade options include Fully Sanded & Paint-Ready or Prime Only with a setup fee of $50.00.
