Slab cabinet doors are flat panel doors that have no ornamentation or beveling.
Most cabinet doors are made with 5 pieces, in which frames and panels are constructed so that the cabinet faces are dimensional rather than flat. This design can feature a raised, or a flat center panel, such as is found in Shaker-style cabinets. 5 piece doors give a very traditional look.
Slab cabinet doors lend a modern look to any kitchen or bathroom. The front of the door is completely flat, with no bevels. The edges are 90-degree corners. Slab cabinet doors and drawer fronts are popularly used in Garages, Schools, Churches and Dr's offices. They are becoming more popular in the interior design world because of the simplicity that it can bring to your kitchen, bathroom, and even laundry room.

Product Details and Specs:
- Edge Banded slabs are 3/4" in thickness
- Minimum height 5” Maximum height 60” (Horizontal Grain has a Max height of 48")
- Minimum width 5” Maximum width 26”
- Doors ordered as paint ready, or with a painted finish will be full MDF, edge banded with a paintable wood veneer.
- Wood types will be veneered on both sides, and edge banded with the matching wood veneer
- Knotty Woods are NOT available for Edge Banded Slab Doors or Drawer Fronts
Just like all of our doors you can choose to have a Clear Varnish over the Natural Wood, or order it as unfinished, and stain ready.
You can also choose to have your Highland Doors and drawer fronts painted in 1 of our 12 Sherwin Williams colors!
